Project Monitoring

By applying methods and tools of  Result Oriented Monitoring approach, REGIO helps moving the focus of managing and decision making from a tradition of assessing what has been done and how it has been done, to a focus on selective objectives to be met, and assessing what was achieved as a result of implementing strategies to meet such objectives.

Project monitoring is a managerial philosophy and approach which enables informed decision-making and provides regular feedback and adjustment.

In October 2010, REGIO started Archaeological Surveys along the Eastern Part of the Nabucco Natural Gas Pipeline Project. The works for the identification of possible archaeological sites along the pipeline started at “0 km point” atTurkgozu border gate located between Turkey and Georgia.

Archaeological Route Survey  of NABUCCO NATURAL GAS PIPE LINE PROJECT (between Posof to Ankara, Nabucco-East) was completed by REGIO ARCHAEOLOGICAL TEAM on 28th July 2011. The survey report will be shared through Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Nabucco Pipeline Project.
